Mastering the Triple Laser Engine
AWOL Vision's **Tri-Chroma** technology uses pure Red, Green, and Blue lasers to achieve 107% BT.2020 colour gamut. This complexity requires specialist care. Unlike single-laser units with a colour wheel, all three light sources must be perfectly balanced and cooled.
Electric Focus Drift: The motorized focus on these units is convenient but prone to mechanical slip. If you find yourself constantly readjusting the focus, the internal stepper motor gears may be worn or the lens carriage loose. We rebuild the focus mechanism to ensure it stays sharp.
Active 3D Synchronization: AWOL projectors are famous for their 3D performance. If your DLP-Link glasses fail to sync or flicker, the internal emitter timing may have drifted, or the DMD refresh rate is unstable. We perform deep logic board diagnostics to resolve sync issues.
