Liquid Cooling Management: The brightness of a 30,000-lumen RGB laser creates heat density that air cannot shift. Christie uses glycol-based liquid loops. If the pump pressure drops or the coolant degrades, the laser bank will thermally throttle (dim). We perform complete coolant flushes and radiator chemical cleaning.

| "Marriage Broken" / "Tamper" | Cinema (CP22xx / CP42xx) | Critical Security Lock. The link between the IMB/ICP and the chassis has been broken (e.g., card removal). Requires a secure "Marriage" reset procedure by an authorised technician. |
| System Error 12 (Fan Fail) | M-Series / J-Series | Lamp 1 Blower Failure. The specific fan cooling Lamp 1 is not spinning at target RPM. The system inhibits lamp strike to prevent explosion. |
| "Ballast Comm Error" | Any Xenon Model | The mainboard cannot talk to the Lamp Power Supply (LPS). Often caused by a blown internal fuse on the LPS or a degraded interlock cable. |
| "Laser Bank Temp High" | Boxer / Griffyn / GS | Thermal Throttling Active. The liquid cooling loop is insufficient. This usually means the radiator matrix is clogged with dust or the pump flow rate has dropped. |
| "System Interlock Open" | All Models | Safety circuit is open. Check: Lamp Door, Card Cage Cover, and Air Filter Panel. If all are closed, the microswitch itself may be faulty. |
