Zero Tolerance for Downtime
In the modern corporate landscape, the boardroom is the nerve centre of decision-making. Technical failure here is not merely an inconvenience; it is a reputational risk. A projector that shuts down due to overheating mid-presentation, or displays washed-out, inaccurate colours during a stakeholder review, signals a lack of attention to detail that can undermine your message before you even speak.
We specialise in maintaining the complex, high-lumen infrastructure found in executive environments. We understand that your equipment—often consisting of 3-Chip DLP or Laser Phosphor units from manufacturers like Barco, Christie, and Panasonic—requires a level of care far beyond standard consumer electronics. These machines are precision optical instruments that demand rigorous calibration.
Our service extends beyond the chassis. We troubleshoot the entire signal chain, ensuring seamless handshakes between HDBaseT receivers, Crestron/AMX control modules, and wireless presentation gateways. We ensure that when you press "Present," it works. Every time.
Integrated System Support
We diagnose EDID conflicts, HDCP handshake failures, and control system timeouts that often masquerade as projector faults, saving you the cost of unnecessary hardware replacement.

Liquid Cooling Maintenance
Liquid Cooled Laser Systems
High-brightness projectors (10,000+ Lumens) generate heat comparable to industrial ovens. To manage this, manufacturers like Barco and Christie utilise sophisticated liquid cooling loops containing glycol coolant.
Neglecting this system is the primary cause of catastrophic failure in large venue units. Coolant degrades over time, becoming acidic or developing biological growth (algae), which blocks the micro-channels in the DMD cooling block. If a pump fails or a seal leaks, coolant can spray onto high-voltage electronics, destroying the formatter board instantly.
Our Level 4 Service includes a complete coolant flush, pump pressure testing, and seal replacement. We use manufacturer-certified coolant fluids to prevent corrosion, ensuring your £50k asset remains operational for its full lifespan.

Confidentiality & Data Integrity
Corporate boardrooms often discuss sensitive information. Modern "Smart" projectors and wireless presentation gateways can retain network credentials, meeting titles, and cached thumbnails in internal memory.
We operate a Strict Chain of Custody. All assets entering our facility are tagged and tracked. Any device with non-volatile memory undergoes a secure data wipe to DoD 5220.22-M standards as part of the service workflow.
Financial Sector HQ
"We required an onsite engineer to service our dual-stacked Christie projectors in the main trading floor. Security protocols were strict."
Solution: We deployed a senior engineer with clearance. Maintenance was performed out-of-hours (Saturday 2 AM start) to ensure zero disruption to trading operations.

Visual Consistency
Multi-Projector Balancing
Colorimetry & Uniformity
For brand consistency, the red in your logo must look the same in the boardroom as it does on your website. Over time, projector lamps shift colour temperature (blue to yellow), and panels degrade (gamma drift).
In multi-projector setups (Edge Blending), even a slight variance ruins the illusion of a single seamless image.
We use industrial Minolta Colourimeters to measure and adjust the RGB gain and bias at the service menu level. We re-balance your fleet to ensure uniformity across all meeting rooms, protecting your brand identity during critical presentations.

Common failure points in integrated boardroom systems.
EDID Handshake
When laptops connect but show no image, it's often an Extended Display Identification Data conflict. We use signal analysers to reprogram the projector's EDID tables.
Colour Drift
Multi-projector edge blends look terrible if colours don't match. We use colourimeters to match brightness and white balance across the array.
Thermal Shutdown
Projectors mounted in ceiling coffers often recirculate their own hot air. We advise on airflow management and active extraction modification.
