Digital Projection Error Database
DP projectors use LED sequences (Titan/Highlite) or LCD Status screens (Insight). Use this guide to identify common faults.

| Lamp LED: Flashing Red (x3) | Lamp Strike Fail | (Legacy Mercury Models) The ballast failed to ignite the lamp. Check the bulb first, then the interlock on the lamp door. |
| "Shutter Error" on OSD | Mechanical Jam | The mechanical dowser/shutter is stuck. Common after transit. The stepper motor may need resetting or gear replacement. |
| Temp LED: Flashing Red | Fan Failure | A specific fan has dropped below its RPM threshold. The service menu log will identify if it is the Intake, DMD, or Radiator fan. |
| Image Flickering / Colour Wheel Noise | Colour Wheel Index | On 1-Chip DLP models (M-Vision), a failing colour wheel bearing causes speed fluctuations, triggering a loss of sync and colour breakup. |
